We here at Pittman Electric have a minimum charge for service calls. This is a major reason why this is not the only reason but a big part. If u make an appointment and im there 30 min that is more like an hour with drive time...thats an hour I could be spending at an 8 hour job....

P.s this is a family owned and operated business, I understand your calling because you want to speak with Dawlton. But keep in mind he may be in an attic or crawl space or unable to answer the phone therefore Ashley is able to assist in scheduling and making appointments feel free to leave her with as much information as possible.
