It is with heavy hearts that we share the unexpected passing of our teammate and friend, Jordan Norville.

Jordan was an important part of our SERVPRO family. He showed up every day with dedication, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to help wherever he was needed. More than that, he was someone we all genuinely enjoyed being around — steady, kind, and always part of the team.

Our entire office and field staff are devastated by this loss. We are keeping Jordan’s family and loved ones in our thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time.
