From custom homes and historic renovations to commercial tenant improvements and ground-up construction, every project brings its own challenges and opportunities. A lot can happen in a few months.

When you’re in the middle of a project every day, it’s easy to focus on what’s next. Looking at it from above is a good reminder of how much progress has actually been made.

There’s still plenty of work ahead on Paradise Drive, but the shape of the project is really starting to come together. Our crew has been putting in the hours, and it’s always rewarding to see that work take form.

A lot of people only see the finishes at the end of a renovation.

What they don’t see is everything happening behind the walls to make an old building work with modern plumbing and electrical.

Historic renovations are never straightforward. You’re working around existing framing, old systems, limited access, and conditions that change the second you open something up.

Takes planning, coordination, and crews that know how to problem solve as they go. Luckily we have that covered!

We built this residence at Green Street in San Francisco in 2017, and today we’re sharing a look inside.

The home was designed with a strong focus on light, scale, and livability. The interior features tall main living spaces, custom cabinetry, white oak floors, and high-end finishes carried consistently across all three levels.

The project required careful coordination to execute a contemporary design in a multi-level structure. The home includes an elevator serving every floor, a lower-level studio and wine room, and direct access to the roof deck above. Architecture by .a.studio. Windows from .

Completed in 2022, this project brought new life to the offices above in Mill Valley. The renovation included new European oak floors, soundproof offices and conference rooms, high-end lighting, and custom millwork throughout.

We renovated this historic Victorian home on Vallejo Street in San Francisco, bringing it back to its original character while updating it for daily use. Built in 1895, the house was fully restored inside and out, with detailed work on trims, moldings, and wood finishes.

Completed in 2022, the project required a careful balance of preservation and construction expertise. We strengthened the structure, and made sure the craftsmanship matched the home’s original quality.

Today we’re sharing a look at the exterior, including the terraces, garden, and patios that frame the house.
