Horse Facility Available: Free Stall Use in Exchange for Barn Care (Goshen, OH)
We have a 6-stall barn on 6 acres in Goshen, Ohio (Clermont County), and we're looking for the right nonprofit to use it.
The arrangement: Your organization uses the stalls rent-free. In return, you maintain the barn, sheds, and grounds around them. The house is not part of the arrangement.
What's on the property:
6-stall pole barn with center aisle and tack/feed room
Fenced paddocks and pasture
Run-in shed and storage sheds
Detached garage/equipment building
Quiet, wooded setting
Who we're looking for:
A horse rescue, therapeutic riding program, 4-H club, youth equine group, or similar nonprofit
Experienced horse people who will care for the barn as if it were their own
An organization that can make a long-term commitment
What maintenance includes:
Mucking and keeping the barn clean
Keeping fencing, stalls, and sheds in good repair
Mowing and upkeep of the barn and paddock areas
If this sounds like a fit for your organization, or you know one that would be, send us a message with:
