As a young man in his early twenties, Barry Pfeiffer knew that he wanted do something he was passionate about. He didn’t want to work for other people his whole life; his dream was to start a family business that one day his sons could carry on. After years of experience following in the footsteps of his mentor, he decided to take the leap, and in 1985 County Line Electric was formed. Today, Count

y Line Electric is a family owned and operated business run by Barry and sons Eric and Nyle Pfeiffer. In the early years, County Line Electric primarily provided services to local residents. Everything from general electrical troubleshooting, code violations, service calls, generator installations and designing lighting plans and greenhouses. Now over 25 years later, County Line Electric is still growing. They perform a wide range of commercial applications including the rehabilitation of offices, layouts and installation of state-of-the-art lighting, installing transformers, service upgrades and more. They'’ve worked on everything from churches, schools, and airplane hangars and have serviced areas from Ann Arbor to Saginaw. They also do residential work including re-models, additions, home theater installation, any appliance installs (including pools), and complete electrical over-hauls. County Line Electric does advertise locally, but the majority of their business comes by word of mouth from an outstanding reputation and work ethic. Barry, Eric and Nyle take great pride in their work and their strong relationships with contractors and long standing cliental. County Line Electric’s main goal is to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. Servicing hundreds of clients over the years and with no sign of slowing down, County Line Electric will continue to provide outstanding service to the residents and businesses of Southeastern Michigan for years to come.
