MidEast Fabrication is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our growing team.

💰 Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 (based on experience)
📍 Missouri candidates preferred. Remote candidates will be considered for the right person
💻 Company computer, Health Insurance, 401k provided

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented and experienced managing HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
✅ Minimum 5 years management experience
✅ Experience with Paylocity HR systems
✅ Multi-state insurance administration experience
✅ New hire processing & employee onboarding
✅ Knowledge of state and federal employment compliance requirements
✅ Experience with Certified Payroll for IRA / Davis-Bacon Projects
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills
✅ Previous construction industry experience is very encouraged!

📍 Location: Remote (Minimal travel to job sites required)

Qualifications:
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role
✅ Minimum 3 years of estimation experience and estimator tool knowledge
✅ Experience working with site superintendents
✅ Mechanical piping experience required
✅ Equipment procurement and coordination experience required
✅ Self-starter who thrives with minimal oversight
✅ Strong organizational and project coordination skills

Another project completed and another proud moment for the Mideast Fabrication team!

Over the last two weeks, our crew successfully installed two double-membrane digester covers at a wastewater treatment facility in Wooster, Ohio for RGS Contractors.

From working inside existing digesters to seeing the finished product in place, this project took planning, teamwork, and a commitment to safety every step of the way. These covers play an important role in helping facilities capture and manage biogas while improving the efficiency of the treatment process.

I'm proud of the effort our team put into this one. The craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail shown throughout the project are what Mideast Fabrication is all about.

MidEast Fabrication is looking for a skilled estimator to join our growing team! If you have experience in industrial or mechanical construction estimating and thrive in a fast-paced bid environment, this is your opportunity to work remotely on impactful projects.

🔧 What you'll do:
• Build detailed, production-based estimates from drawings and specs
• Analyze materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• Work on industrial piping systems including carbon steel, stainless, HDPE & more
• Collaborate with project teams to develop competitive, accurate bids

🎯 What we're looking for:
• 3–10+ years of estimating experience
• Strong knowledge of piping systems, fabrication, and installation
• Ability to read isometrics, P&IDs, and construction drawings
• Experience with tools like Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Excel, and Navisworks
