Hardwood Floor SANDED, STAINED (Red Mahogany) & REFINISHED with semi gloss oil based polyurethane. This floor had a lot of pet and water stains. Also being previously carpeted (in sanded pictures you can see all the black from moisture). So a darker stain will help hide and make the floor visually better!
