We’re proud to share that ODG has been recognized by ABC’s STEP (Safety Training Evaluation Process) program for our continued commitment to workplace safety and safety excellence.

This achievement reflects the dedication across ODG, and how we make safety a priority every day on every jobsite. Through our commitment to safe work practices and a culture of accountability, ODG teams were awarded Diamond and Platinum level recognitions. Thank you to every ODG member whose leadership and commitment continue to strengthen our safety culture. Your efforts demonstrate that safety is not just a requirement, but a core value that guides how we work and support one another.

The ODS crew recently wrapped up their great work at Virginia Physicians for Women, St. Francis in Richmond. From decorative and cubicle curtain systems to toilet and bath accessories and wall protection, the team delivered the finishing touches that help make the space both functional and patient ready. The ODS teams’ craftmanship and quality installation reflects their commitment to excellence and bringing projects to the finish line as they ensure a polished, well-equipped, and welcoming space.

As we wrap up our 2026 Summer Internship Program, our interns showed their thanks to the field teams who made their experience so valuable. As a small token of appreciation, the interns treated ODG crews to lunch to say thank you for their time, mentorship, and the hard work they put in every day. Our field teams are the driving force to what makes ODG successful, and we’re thankful for everything they do and for their willingness to be a part of our interns’ experience at ODG.

Our ODG team had a great time at the El Librotaza Event, a community celebration focused on inspiring a love of reading by providing free books and family-friendly activities for children of all ages. Kids also got a hands-on look at what we do, tested their skills, and had plenty of fun along the way. We're always grateful for opportunities to connect with our community and share the ODG way!

At ODG, safety always comes first. That's why we started our Hydration Awareness Campaign to help keep hydration top of mind for our teams all summer long. The initiative included distributing cooling towels to field employees, recognizing Hydration Heroes who go above and beyond to keep their crews cool, healthy, and safe, and sharing ongoing heat safety tips, warning signs, and resources with teams across the group.
