Immediate Opportunity-Low Voltage Installer/Technician apprentice/helper
Applicants must be 18+ due to state regulations.
DMC Security Services, Inc. is an over 50 year old privately owned electronic security company located in the Southwest suburbs (Midlothian) of Chicago and is currently looking for a apprentice/helper for our low voltage Service & Installation Department.
The ideal applicant will have a strong work ethic. Knowledge of basic hand tools, posses a professional demeanor and good verbal communication skills, and a valid drivers license. Candidates must pass a drug test and the state mandated background check required to obtain the Illinois P.E.R.C. card.
• Some light lifting required
• Hours vary but are typically 8:30AM-5:00PM Monday thru Friday.
• On the job training will be provided.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability use basic hand tools, and operation of power tools.
Additional qualities that are desirable but, not required:
• Bend and install conduit
• Knowledge of proper operations of field test meters

DMC Security Services, Inc. is an over 40 year old privately owned electronic security company located in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago and is currently looking for an Accounting Clerk for our Accounting Department.

The ideal applicant will have a strong work ethic. knowledge of basic accounting software, posses a professional demeanor with good verbal & written communication skills.

Candidate must pass a drug test and the state mandated background check required to obtain the Illinois P.E.R.C. card.

Job Duties

• Provide Accounting and clerical support

• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements

• Ability to learn our proprietary accounting software

• Preparing monthly invoices and statements

• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner

• Provide required reports to management and our accountant as needed.

• Run bi-weekly payroll.

• Maintain an open line of communications with management, co-workers and customers

Requirements

• Experience, Accounting/Bookkeeping
2+ years

• Ability to work normal business Hours with some flexibility. Office hours are typically 8:30AM-5:00PM Monday thru Friday.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work efficiently in a face paced environment.

DMC Security Services, Inc. is an electronic security company located in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago.
We are currently looking for an Office Clerk to assist our front office. The ideal applicant will possess good communication skills both written and verbal, be knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications such as Word and Excel, have previous experience working in an office environment and pass a drug test and the state mandated background check required to obtain the Illinois P.E.R.C. card.
