This Midlothian home received a complete transformation focused on creating more light, better functionality, and custom storage solutions tailored to the homeowners’ lifestyle.
The kitchen was completely reimagined with custom cabinetry finished in Sherwin Williams Greek Villa, paired with a beautiful Sherwin Williams Soft Sage island and Calacatta Luccia quartz countertops. By replacing the dark cabinetry and opening a wall to create direct access to the newly renovated butler’s pantry and utility room, we dramatically improved both the flow and functionality of the space while creating a brighter, more welcoming atmosphere.
The new butler’s pantry and utility room now provide extensive storage, generous countertop workspace, and custom cabinetry that keeps everything organized and easily accessible.
In the primary bathroom, we transformed the space by removing the oversized built-in garden tub and replacing it with a freestanding soaking tub. We also enlarged the shower, installed a frameless glass enclosure, added custom cabinetry with stunning Cambria Cobalt quartz countertops, and updated the flooring and finishes throughout to create a true spa-like retreat.
The guest bathroom received a complete refresh as well, featuring new flooring, an updated vanity, Calacatta Luccia quartz countertops, and a beautiful new shower that elevates both style and functionality.
Projects like this are our favorite because they combine thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and practical solutions that improve how our clients live every day.
