To modernize this classic facade, we wrapped the entire home in premium James Hardie fiber-cement lap siding. The deep gray provides a striking contrast against the home's original brick foundation, amplified by new dark raised-panel shutters and crisp white portico trim. By upgrading the exterior accents, soffits, and gutters, we ensured every inch of this home’s exterior is protected, low-maintenance, and built to last.

To maximize this home's footprint, we built a low-maintenance composite deck featuring a crisp white railing system and extra-wide cascading stairs. The deck flows directly into a sprawling multi-tonal paver patio, expertly anchored by an integrated split-face stone retaining wall that doubles as built-in seating. Engineered for long-term durability, this multi-level retreat is built for effortless outdoor living.

When a kitchen expansion is engineered perfectly, it completely redefines how a home functions by reclaiming space and opening sightlines into the family room. The crisp Wellborn Glacier cabinetry and brilliant Infinity White Quartzite provide a refined canvas, elevated by Ch*****ne Bronze hardware and lighting. Built for effortless entertaining and daily family life, this space is anchored by a chef-grade appliance suite, including a Wolf 4-burner rangetop with an infrared griddle, Sub-Zero refrigeration, and an integrated beverage center.

More space. More comfort. And updates that make the entire home feel beautifully connected.

This transformation centered around a new two-story addition—expanding the kitchen on the first floor and adding a new bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Additional ProVia windows bring in more natural light and a ProVia smooth full-view French door creates a beautiful connection to the outdoors.

The exterior was refreshed with updated James Hardie siding, and the existing sunroom received its own renovation with new flooring, fresh paint, and a mini-split system for year-round comfort.

The result? Thoughtful improvements inside and out that feel like they’ve always belonged.
