What makes Schell Brothers different from other builders? 👀 We asked our homeowners to describe it in ONE word… and their answers say it all.

Don’t just take our word for it… hear it directly from the people who call a Schell home their own!

There’s more to a Schell home than what you see above ground.

Our crawl spaces come conditioned, insulated, and encapsulated by the home’s HVAC system- helping reduce heat loss through the floor and keep your home more comfortable year-round.

No outside vents. No unconditioned air moving underneath your home. Just another thoughtful detail built into the way we build.

Because what’s underneath your home matters, too
