This time, we're in Anna, Texas, working on The Vibe at Anna, a new residential community featuring modern amenities, including a resort-style pool, recreational spaces, and gathering areas for future residents.

As North Texas continues to grow, we're proud to play a role in building the infrastructure that supports it. After all, what happens below ground makes what's possible above ground!

Circle H Contractors is proud to help build Dallas ISD’s new 118,000-square-foot Seagoville PK-8 campus, designed to serve approximately 800 students.

Our scope includes approximately 2,050 LF of waterline, 1,300 LF of sanitary sewer, 2,500 LF of storm drainage, and 2,270 LF of 60" underground stormwater detention.

Despite design revisions, utility conflicts, and changing field conditions, our team continues adapting and resequencing operations to keep construction moving safely and efficiently.

With excavations exceeding 25 feet deep and a large-scale Contech detention system at the center of the drainage scope, this project showcases Circle H’s ability to safely deliver complex underground infrastructure at scale. 💪

Our Circle H crews have installed approximately 340 LF of 20” waterline, 4,100 LF of 12” waterline and 7,630 LF of 8” waterline to help provide water service throughout the Heirloom development.

Right now, our team is working on installing meter boxes for the individual water services as this massive development continues taking shape.

A lot of what we build will eventually be covered up, but it’s the infrastructure underneath that makes everything above it possible.

Circle H crews recently installed a little over 10,000 LF of 16” waterline for the next phase of the Bluff Springs development in Ferris, Texas.

This project included multiple bores, and with all waterline now installed, our team is in the final phases of testing the line and cleaning up the work areas. Well done, crews - WELL DONE!
