We’re celebrating a big milestone for this week’s !

Congratulations on 25 years, Pete!

From Landscape Crew Member to Superintendent, Pete has grown through the ranks over the past 25 years with dedication and hard work.

This Spring, he also earned his CGIP Certification as a Landscape Contractor, a challenging certification with an intensive plant ID component that’s no easy feat.

Proof that no matter how long you’ve been in the industry, there’s always room to learn and grow. Congratulations, Pete, and thank you for your dedication over the past 25 years!

It’s a special this week!
Normally, I’m the voice behind the scenes sharing updates, projects, and everything happening at Reder, but today I’m introducing myself. Hi, I’m Angela, and I’m the Marketing Coordinator at Reder Landscaping.

I started working at Reder in May of 2012 and this month I’m excited to begin my 15th year with the company. I started here doing data entry, moved into a Cost Accountant role, and eventually into full-time marketing.

Today, I help manage the marketing and behind-the-scenes projects at Reder. I create our weekly newsletter, manage our page and website, create graphics, event planning, donations, and more. If you come across something with a Reder logo on it, there’s a pretty good chance I helped put it together.

One of the things I appreciate most about working at Reder is the company’s understanding of family. As a third-generation family business, they truly understand the importance of being there for the people who mean the most you.

Outside of work, my world is my husband and two daughters, cheering from the sidelines at sporting events, walking the beaches of Lake Michigan, and exploring our beautiful Great Lakes state.
