Out of devastation came an incredible story of resilience.

Six years after one of the worst floods in Michigan's history, the Village of Sanford has been awarded the APWA Michigan Chapter Project of the Year for the Sanford Park Flood Recovery Project!

In our 50 years of business, helping our neighbors rebuild this vital community space stands out as one of our most rewarding highlights. We are incredibly proud to have been the trusted construction partner on this journey.

Michigan skies might be gray lately, but our view is looking bright!

The new Garber Chevrolet Midland Body Shop is officially turning blue as the exterior steel goes up. We’re moving fast, and the momentum isn't stopping. Here’s what’s next on the checklist:

• Inside: Interior framing, cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Equipment: Installing professional car hoists and state-of-the-art paint booths.
• Outside: Sidewalks, parking lots, and landscaping.

The Odd Fellows Building is entering its next chapter, but its story started 150 years ago. From its original 30-day build in 1874 to surviving the Great Fire and housing local legends like Hotel Selley and JB’s Men’s Wear, this landmark is Midland’s history.

Now, RDS Management has teamed with Three Rivers to revitalize this gem into a vibrant mixed-use space, featuring first-floor shops and modern apartments. After 50 years of building in this community, we are honored to preserve this cornerstone so it stands tall for another 150 years.

We’re thrilled to celebrate the opening of Thunder Bay Community Health Service, Inc., and Bay Athletic Club in Alpena!

Our in-house design team took the lead on this project, reimagining a vacant bank building and turning it into a vibrant hub for wellness. By handling the design from the inside out, we ensured every square inch was optimized for the health of the Alpena community.

As we celebrate our 50th Anniversary, this year’s hat is a tribute to our team and our community, who have "worn many hats" to support us over the last five decades. While it serves as a reminder of our past, every hat worn today is a promise to the future we’re building together.
