Celebrating 50 years of conservation and community impact!

In September 2002, this critical Design-Bid-Build project kicked off with a massive mission: completely modernize a vital state fish hatchery while keeping continuous, uninterrupted service for sensitive fish-rearing and planting schedules.

Through a complex renovation of the outdoor raceway complex and the construction of state-of-the-art indoor flow-through systems, new housing structures, advanced effluent and wastewater treatment plants, cutting-edge degassing/aeration structures, and updated electrical and control systems, the team delivered this monumental project seven full weeks ahead of schedule.

Today, this facility proudly produces 7 million salmon every single year, driving a massive economic impact on Michigan’s recreation industry.

Three Rivers Corporation is proud to announce that President and CEO Jon Lynch has been named Chairman of the Board. Jon has successfully led our Midland-based design and construction firm since 2017 and will now take on this expanded role to help guide our long-term strategy and growth.

He succeeds Dan Kozakiewicz, who is officially retiring after more than two decades of incredible leadership and dedication to Three Rivers. We are grateful for Dan’s vision, leadership, and lasting contributions to the company, and for the strong foundation he helped build.

We look forward to this next chapter for Three Rivers under Jon’s continued leadership.
