🏠 WHY CALL TWO CONTRACTORS WHEN ONE CAN HANDLE IT ALL?

As we are working on the painting we will be posting after pictures soon nevertheless when your house needs repairs and a fresh coat of paint, you shouldn’t have to chase down a repair guy first… then find a painter afterward.

On this project, we repaired damaged wood around the home, including areas around the fascia, soffit, siding, and trim. We even removed and reinstalled sections of siding so we could properly repair and prepare the surface.

Then comes the painting.

We're starting the new color on the siding with a rich dark brown, paired with a tan trim to give the home a fresh, updated look.

And before we paint, we make sure those repaired areas are properly sealed and ready for the elements.

That's the difference between simply putting paint on a house and actually taking care of the house.

Before we start painting, we take the time to look at the condition of the wood, trim, fascia, and other areas that need attention. We repair what needs to be repaired, scrape and sand where necessary, and make sure the surface is ready for primer and paint.

On this project, we’re giving the exterior a fresh new look while making sure the details are done right.

For this project, we painted these interior beams black, giving this large living space a completely different look. The black beams really stand out against the light-colored walls and ceiling and give the room a more modern, custom feel.

But getting a finish like this isn’t just about spraying paint. The preparation matters.

🏠 Sometimes It’s the Small Details That Make the Biggest Difference

This project was all about giving these windows and walls a clean, fresh look.

The window sills were previously green, so we changed them to a crisp white finish to brighten up the room and give everything a more finished appearance.

We also touched up the walls with a matching gray paint, carefully blending the repairs so they flow naturally with the existing color.

This is what we mean when we say good interior painting is about the details.

In this home, the baseboards had areas that needed to be repaired before we painted.

These kitchen cabinets were ready for a transformation, so we got to work.

But painting cabinets isn’t just about putting paint on the doors. The preparation is what makes the difference.

30 Feet Up — Getting Those Beams Right 🖤🎨

This was definitely not your average interior painting job.

For this project, we were painting the living room ceiling beams black in a beautiful high-end home.

To get the job done right, we had to work 30 feet in the air using a man lift. Before the black paint went on, we properly prepared the beams with primer to help create the right foundation for the finish coat.

Then came the spraying.

When you're working that high and painting large beams, you have to stay focused on your spray pattern, distance, coverage, and consistency. One mistake can stand out when you're working on a large feature like this.

And of course, protecting the home is a huge part of the job. We covered and protected the surrounding areas before spraying so we could focus on getting the finish right.

I love projects like this because you can actually see the transformation.

From plain ceiling beams to a bold black architectural feature. 🖤

Sometimes you don't need to change the whole room to make it look completely different.

For this project, we painted the ceiling beam black, and it gave the room a bold, clean, modern look.
