🌱 A LITTLE PROJECT WITH A BIG DIFFERENCE! 🌱
This project included leveling the lawn, overseeding with fescue, and top-dressing with peat moss to help create a great environment for seed germination. We also adjusted the watering schedule to help keep the soil consistently moist while the new seed gets established. 💧🌿
The work doesn't stop once the seed is down! Proper watering and follow-up care are key to helping new grass grow in thick and healthy.
It's all about taking the extra steps to give the lawn the best chance at success! 💪

Another DG area cleaned up and topped off to give the space a fresh, finished look.
We added a fresh layer of decomposed granite (DG), spread it evenly, worked it into the existing surface, and graded everything out for a clean, consistent finish.
The little details matter — especially around equipment, plumbing, fences, walls, and existing hardscape. A properly installed DG surface not only looks better, but helps keep the area neat, functional, and easier to maintain.

When you see a freshly mowed, edged, and cleaned-up property, it can look like the job is simply showing up and cutting grass.
But there’s a lot more that goes on behind the scenes.
🔧 Equipment maintenance — sharpening blades, servicing mowers, replacing parts, greasing, adjusting, and repairing equipment.
🛠️ Fabrication & repairs — sometimes we have to build or modify something ourselves to keep equipment working properly.
🧹 Cleaning & preparation — keeping equipment clean, inspected, fueled, and ready for the next property.
⏱️ Time behind the scenes — hours spent maintaining equipment and preparing for jobs that never show up on an invoice.
The equipment takes a beating out there, especially during a West Texas summer. Keeping it maintained isn't optional — it's part of providing consistent, quality service.
