Highly recommend! We've had so many issues with this bay window (home inspector was horrible) since we bought the home. It had black mold, termite damage (every other stud was eaten away, it would crumble in your hand), and the previous windows weren't properly sealed, which let in moisture/water, which lured in termites. We spent $30,000+ to repair all the damage and clean the house of mold. Mr. Dayton is a godsent! We had our windows recently replaced and one tier of brick separated from the house when the middle window as removed. The entire bay window needed to be rebricked anyway but my husband and I dreaded the price. Mr. Jim was FAST, came out that same day to give us an estimate, and even moved his schedule around to repair it since bad weather was coming and we were terrified of moisture/water damage. The price was extremely reasonable and he said he would finish in two days, and he did! They even worked in the rain, God bless them! Any mess made was CLEANED up prior to him and his employees leaving. It looks AMAZING! He also found the closest shade of brick to match our house; it sticks out more in pictures but in person, it blends together pretty well. We are very happy with the end result and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr. Jim Dayton for all your masonry needs! We will definitely be reaching out again :)

Thank you for your review. We take pride in our ability to repair and replace failing masonry. Your bay window brick veneer was failing due to inadequate installation and reinforcing securing the brick ties to the exterior wood framing. The cracking of the mortar joints allowed water to pe*****te back the wood framing and created dry rot and mold. Removal and replacement of the brick complete was the proper methodology to ensure this would not happen again. Thank you for the business.
