Sometimes, the concrete isn't the problem. It's what's underneath it. 👀

Over time, soil movement and erosion can cause concrete walkways to settle, creating uneven surfaces and potential trip hazards.

Sharing Knowledge.

Last week, Jimmy had the opportunity to provide an educational presentation to the Town of Middletown’s Inspection and Plan Review teams on spray foam insulation and polyurethane concrete lifting and leveling.

The session covered how these technologies work, their applications, key field considerations, and included a hands-on demonstration of the polyurethane injection process and equipment.

Thank you to the Town of Middletown team for the opportunity to share our knowledge and for an engaging discussion.

Another trip hazard corrected. ✔️

At this office property in New Castle, Delaware, settled concrete had created a significant height difference at the entrance walkway.

We lifted and leveled the concrete using polyurethane foam, then sealed the open joints for a cleaner, more protected finish without repla cing the existing slabs.

4 inches makes a BIG difference. 👀

For this pool deck project, 6 concrete slabs had settled by as much as 4 inches, creating a significant uneven area around the pool.

We lifted and leveled the slabs and filled the void beneath the concrete to provide support and stabilization—all without tearing out and replacing the existing concrete.

Pool deck lifted, leveled & sealed!

This pool deck had several areas that had settled, creating uneven surfaces and trip hazards around the pool.

We lifted and leveled the concrete using polyurethane foam, then cleaned and sealed the joints around the pool deck to help prevent water from getting underneath the slabs and give everything a clean, finished look.

The result? A safer, more even pool deck without tearing out and replacing the existing concrete. 🙌

Another pool deck brought back to level!

This pool deck had settled over time, creating a noticeable trip hazard around the edge of the pool.
Instead of tearing it out and replacing it, we were able to carefully lift and level the existing concrete using polyurethane foam. The result is a safer, more even surface with minimal disruption to the homeowner.
