A visit unfolds across more than one room. There is the first glimpse of the building, the place to settle in and the spaces where people gather along the way.

This hospitality project brings those moments into one collection. Evening exterior views introduce the waterfront setting, followed by guest rooms, an interior gathering space and a tented event area. The photographs move between quiet corners and larger shared spaces, offering several ways to experience the same destination.

The space just outside a home can become part of its daily rhythm. A place for the first cup of coffee, an unhurried conversation or a few minutes at the end of the day.

This terrace photograph shows the house and its outdoor setting together. Windows and doors line one side, while the open area beyond gives the view a different scale. The evening light makes the connection between inside and outside especially easy to notice.

We’re revisiting this part of our residential portfolio for a look at the places between the rooms and the landscape. There is more to a home than what happens within its walls.

A change of pace, a few paddles and some friendly competition. Members of the CDA team headed to Centerline Pickleball Club in Warwick on September 10 for the second Paddle Battle Palooza.

Step inside with us to experience what could be. These interior renderings explore a design option for the home's living, kitchen and dining spaces.

From the tall living room to the smaller dining area by the windows, each view shows a different part of the interior and its connection to the next. Furniture, lighting and daylight help give the rooms a sense of scale, making it easier to picture spending time in them.

This is an important part of what renderings can offer: a chance to look around a space while it is still a design. At CDA, we use these visual conversations to help clients understand a proposed design and consider the possibilities before it is built.
