Shoutout to our fearless project manager, Brice Walborn with GGA Construction! 👷‍♂️

He’s currently handling a full plate and about 100 moving pieces to get The Mill Seaford space ready.

We like to give him a hard time about the schedule, but honestly, when the glass looks this incredible at only 70% completion, we can’t complain.

We’re getting closer every day!

It was an honor to host Delaware Technical Community College Construction Management Technology students at the Continental last week! Students had the opportunity to tour the project and learn firsthand about every phase, from demolition and site development to the structure standing today, with a strong focus on real-world safety practices.
