Friday was the opening celebration of the new Youth Development Center at the Community Education Building. Here, children will learn, play, discover new talents, and develop a strong community for decades to come.

GGA was honored to be part of bringing the new Youth Development Center to life. Seeing the building filled with music, activities, community partners and young people was inspirational.

Congratulations to everyone whose vision, investment and commitment made this exciting new chapter possible for Wilmington. Thank you to Mayor Carney, County Executive, Marcus Henry, Senator Lisa Blunt-Rochester, and all state and local representatives for being there to celebrate!

Congratulations to The Mill for opening their Seaford, Delaware location earlier this month!

The 20,000 SF space features communal workspaces, private offices, shared desks, conference rooms, phone booths, and a gathering space, making it the perfect location for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and remote workers.

The Mill is part of our Nylon Capital Center project, which continues to evolve and enrich the Seaford community.
