Our promise to our community is that we will positively contribute to the preservation of our local wildlife through our services of enhancing the local ecosystem and transforming the current acre-long grass-fields, to resilient gardens with vibrant biodiversity, one garden at a time. Our core service, The ALR Experience, is to implement a sustainable landscape design and management plan for residential Delaware families and their landscapes.
- We plan to enlighten your home gardens with Native Plants establishing an impactful and lasting local ecosystem. The ALR team will share best landscape practices to enhance environmental footprint and to implement genuine horticulture design elements adding balance, beauty, contrast, color, and unity within your home landscape.
- We establish, maintain, and provide an ecological landscape approach through utilizing industry best practices rooted in our membership to the Delaware Nursery & Landscape Association (DNLA) and on-staff Certified Nursery Professional. Horticulture continued education establishes our team's foundation for landscape design and management services.
- We are committed to Delaware Naturally, 'Make a Difference' through our advocacy, memberships, and adherence to guidance provided by the DNLA, Delaware Native Species Commission, Delaware Center of Horticulture, Delaware Nature Society, University of Delaware Botanic Gardens, and Mt. Cuba Center.
- We are active in the Delaware Horticulture Community, engaging with local and regional experts to stay involved, current with regulations or trends, train for best practices, learn about the latest innovations, technology, and proven landscape service enhancements, but most importantly cultivate these relationships.
