This is the part nobody sees, but it's the part that matters most.

Sewer. Electric. Utilities run to a two-car garage. Excess fill was trucked out and redirected to another site. It's not glamorous by any means, but it is necessary.

The Bingham Avenue build is in full swing, and the foundation for something great is already in the ground.
