Reclaimed and ready for the real estate market! 🏔️🏠✨

Took on this massive property transformation for a client’s mountain home over in Linden to get it completely dialed in for potential buyers.

The yard was buried under a thick, waist-high carpet of Japanese stiltgrass and brush that was totally hiding the decks, stairs, and structural foundations.

• The Job: Handled chainsaw work to cut up and drop a fallen tree into the woodline, dragged away heavy debris, and utilized commercial gear to safely clear and knock down the massive overgrowth on these steep slopes.🌱🪾

•The Mountain Factor: A massive storm rolled right through the middle of the shift, pouring down rain and turning the terrain slick. Waited out the downpour and pushed right through the heavy, wet grass to make sure the property was finished cleanly and on schedule!🏔️⛈️

Massive difference in curb appeal, and now it's ready for listing photos and open house walk-throughs!👍

Big transformations in Stephens City and Tom's Brook!🛠️🌱

Property 1:Re-secured loose vinyl siding on a high gable and completely rebuilt a sloped landscape timber wall, anchoring it deep with structural pins to stop soil shifting.
Property 2:Handled a massive property run—mowed the main lawns, cleared out two large fields, and tightly sheared, shaped, and thinned these overgrown privacy hedges and landscape bushes.

Even through 105° heat and thunderstorms rolling through, the crew showed up and showed out! 💪🌿

Fresh black mulch, clean edging, trimmed plants, tree rings, and detailed cleanup completely changed the look of this property. The contrast against the white brick and black trim turned out amazing. 🖤 The black mulch really made the white brick and black trim pop!

Huge shoutout to the crew for pushing through the weather giving this property a second chance and making it shine again!

This one was a big cleanup — overgrown, uneven, and a lot of detail work around rocks and the incline. Took some time, but we got it back under control 💪

Now it’s ready for regular maintenance and looking the way it should again.
