proudly serving customers since 1949. The company was founded by a highly decorated World War II veteran. Upon his retirement I his son James Mitchell have stayed committed to the values of hard work, integrity, and quality service. Upon my retirement, the company will continue on with the same values through my son Jacob Mitchell.
There was a time when seeing others imitate our approach bothered me. Today, I see it differently, it's humbling to know that so many companies strive to follow the standard we've set.
Many garage door companies today are owned by private equity firms or investors. Others have been passed down through generations, but not all have maintained the same dedication and respect for the trade that built their success.
After decades in this industry and now working with the third generation, I've learned that experience, craftsmanship, and a genuine commitment to customers can't be replicated overnight. Many technicians spend years trying to learn what only time and dedication can teach.
