🏗️ Preserving History, One Pane at a Time.

This week, the MJS Construction team was on site at Boston's iconic Faneuil Hall, utilizing aerial lifts to replace damaged windows and help protect one of the city's most treasured landmarks.

Known as the "Cradle of Liberty," Faneuil Hall has stood at the heart of Boston since 1742, serving as both a marketplace and a gathering place where citizens debated the issues that helped shape our nation. For nearly three centuries, the building has remained a symbol of civic engagement, craftsmanship, and resilience.

As construction professionals, we appreciate the responsibility that comes with maintaining historic structures. Every repair, restoration, and improvement helps ensure these buildings continue serving future generations while preserving the stories they tell.

MJS Construction is proud to serve as a General Contractor for the City of Boston's municipal buildings, helping maintain and improve some of the region's most significant public assets. Whether it's historic restoration, emergency repairs, or ongoing facility improvements, we're honored to play a role in preserving Boston's built environment.

MJS Construction is proud to serve as the **General Contractor** for the ongoing renovations at the Swampscott Public Library.

This project includes the complete reconstruction of the building's front entrance, featuring a new vestibule, demolition of the existing floor-to-ceiling windows and entrance, new concrete steps and patio, and the construction of a new brick wall to create a welcoming and durable new entryway for the community.

Working in an active public facility requires careful planning, coordination, and collaboration among our project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders. We're excited to help enhance a community resource that serves residents of all ages while preserving the character of this important public building.
