It’s time to add the “period” at the end of this story. Rick and I have don’t have the words to express our gratitude to the hundreds of families that welcomed us into their homes, or had us build them. We strived in making your dreams reality, but you were the ones that made our dream reality. We will forever be grateful too you all,

Sixteen years ago two guys had a crazy idea to go out and form their own company. What started as an ongoing joke for years slowly became a reality. In the middle of a recession, a father son duo armed with thier tool pouches, a pick up truck known as “Red” and enough miscellaneous power tools to be considered dangerous, decided it was time.

A lot has happened since then. Hundreds of residential/commercial projects, and three dozen new homes later…here we are!

The list of people we need to thank for this is too long to list. Simply put, there are no words to express our gratitude to those that have trusted us, and welcomed us into their homes. We wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for all of you. You all have been so wonderful, trusting us with your projects, and recommending us to your friends & family. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU! Without you, this crazy idea we started 16 years ago would not be a reality today.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Nextgen construction will be operating at 30-40% capacity for next 3 to 4 weeks. Undoubtedly this will set back all current and future projects. I know this comes as a very large inconvenience to many people, especially with the holidays coming up. We feel horrible about this, as it is the first time in 15 years of business that we have ever had to do anything like this, however as a family-based company we have to put family first.

We know this news raises many questions, most of which we hope to answer during working hours tomorrow (7am-430pm)
