🚧 Another Milestone at Jack’s Farm!

The team has officially wrapped up the final underground plumbing for the last building at Jack’s Farm. This building will feature 30 apartments, along with amenities designed to provide residents with a comfortable and convenient living experience.

Once backfill is complete, our team sets drains to their final elevations and verifies pipe locations to ensure everything is properly laid out. With everything that happens on an active jobsite, things can get bumped or shifted along the way, so making those final adjustments and small offsets is an important part of getting everything right.

Meanwhile, the carpenters are nearing completion on the first building, which means our team will soon be moving in to begin the rough-in plumbing. It’s exciting to see the project continue to take shape!

Our team recently completed the underground plumbing work for two buildings at our Jack's Farm project in Cheshire, CT.

One building will feature 10 units with a mix of flats and townhouses, while the second will include 5 units. With just one underground left to complete—the largest building on site, housing 30 units—the project is making great progress.

Using total station technology for layout allows our crew to work with exceptional precision and efficiency, helping keep the project on track while delivering quality results.

Progress is continuing across all of our active projects! 🚧

📍 West Hartford
Exterior finishes are nearly complete, while interior trim work continues to move forward. Building 5 has completed toilet and water heater installations, with kitchens and vanities continuing to take shape. In Building 6, painting is wrapping up and flooring installation is set to begin.

📍 Avon
Framing has reached the final floor, and our plumbing team is right behind, installing DWV and water piping to keep the project moving on schedule.

📍 New Haven
Exciting progress at this future adult education center! Underground utilities are complete, framing is wrapping up, and we've begun the plumbing rough-in. Once finished, the facility will feature 21 bathrooms and a commercial teaching kitchen, creating a hands-on learning environment for future students.

Every milestone brings these projects one step closer to completion. We're proud to be part of building spaces that will serve our communities for years to come.

The next chapter is about to begin. We’re excited to be starting work at Willow Creek Phase 4 in Hartford and look forward to bringing this project to life alongside the team involved.

Our team recently kicked off this exciting project in Cheshire, CT, starting with a small underground installation for the community building that will serve a new 45-unit development.

With foundations now going in, we’re continuing our plumbing work across the site, including a 10-unit townhouse building, a 5-unit townhouse building, and a 30-unit apartment building.

We're proud to be part of bringing this new community to life and look forward to sharing more progress as the project moves ahead!

Project Updates
We’re excited to share the latest progress across several key projects:
Southwest Community (Bridgeport)
Trim work is nearing completion at Southwest Community, a vital facility providing affordable dental care to uninsured and low-income residents in the greater Bridgeport area. DDM Mechanical successfully installed the water, DWV, dental water, air, and vacuum systems, bringing the project closer to completion.
Avon – 100-Unit Apartment Building
Carpenters have started layout and framing. We will soon mobilize our crew to begin rough-in work on this 100-unit residential development.
Stamford – 39-Unit Apartment Building
Our team installed fire-rated sleeves in the concrete deck that will become the second floor. These sleeves will allow future piping to pass through efficiently, eliminating the need for core drilling after the slab is poured.
