Just over here impatiently waiting for the temporary stairs to be pulled out of our New Haven renovation. The cabinet shop is busy working on their replacement. A beautiful new set of white oak stairs for the win! Addison Residential

A well deserved congratulations to our crew up in Ferrisburgh! Their hard work air sealing this home certainly paid off this week. We just had our pre-drywall blower door test and came in well below 1 ACH. This home isn't just a looker, it will also be very efficient to heat and cool!

Roof is on and siding is going up at our build in Ferrisburgh. Shout out to Devine Carpentry for another beautiful install and McElwain Equipment Rental for doing the heavy lifting! Taking advantage of the sunshine and nice temps to get the exterior buttoned up!

You never know what you'll find when renovating. Some unique framing, light reading, and heck sometimes even some structural sheetrock. That's what makes them exciting, challenging, and sometimes just plain frustrating. We are fortunate to have some great guys working on our New Haven Reno for some really great clients currently. Excited to start putting everything back together for this project.
