Most homeowners call for "air duct cleaning" and assume the whole system gets cleaned. In an unregulated industry, that assumption is the single biggest reason people end up disappointed with the company they hired.

Here is the gap we see again and again. The ducts get cleaned, and the furnace blower, heat exchanger, reheat coils, and AC coils are left untouched. Those are the components that actually circulate and condition every breath of air in your home.

Before you book, ask the company three direct questions. Will you clean the furnace blower and heat exchanger? Will you clean the reheat coils and AC coils? Will I get documentation of the full scope completed?

If the answer is vague, keep looking. If "that costs extra" comes up after they quoted you a whole-home price, you already have your answer about how qualified they are.
