Today is my 8 year anniversary for CSL Contracting. Since I started my own company I have had many people come along side me and point me in the right direction. I have based my entire business on “Find a need and fill it”. Times change and the world evolves so I have always been open to discussion’s with people who have a need that they think i can help with. I have done such a variety of work and I love that. I worked with construction managers for many years building schools working as the OAKS Engineer, Superintendent roles, Admin roles, Owner Agent and safety inspector. Then I jumped to helping contractors get quotes, ordering materials, and helping them reach minority goals! Then I was asked about getting involved in the HUD world of Lead. That has been a challenging world to be in but helping people prosper and thrive in their lives gives me the passion to keep going! I can’t believe I’ve been on my own for 8 years. Just so darn proud of myself. This coming year you will find me in Mercer county and I am HAPPY to be over there! I love the town and the people I work with at the Economic Development are fanaminal people to work with! Congrats to them on their $700,000 grant to continue improving their community! I’m supplying lots of materials for the Ford plant job for a contractor and LOTS of other projects. I’m also working passionately to continue moving forward on the capital campaign for the new YWCA building. If we haven’t worked together in the past give me a call! As my current projects progress toward completion, I’m preparing to onboard new construction management work. For 14 years I helped build schools with many school districts and have some great working relationships with these people.

I will be working in Mercer County starting in February with their CHIP grant projects but this allows for me to schedule other projects as well.

We specialize in organized ex*****on, strong work ethic, proactive problem-solving, and maintaining strong relationships with owners, designers, and trade partners.

CSL Contracting is working on its last lead home in Van Wert for this grant period. Deitemeyer Brothers completed the new roof and painted the foundation as an intern control measure. Next will be house wrap and siding by Deitemeyers Lead team.

What has CSL Contracting been up to lately?

I’m finishing up lead projects in Lima, Celina, and one left in Van Wert. The government shut down has not made this easy. I’m also hoping the new grant funds come out before the end of the year, and we can start preparing for next year.

I partnered up with the site work contractor on the Tipp City Schools project. I will be ordering the materials for them on this project. I’ve had a solid working relationship with Bruns Excavating in Celina. I’m working with Core and Main and Baughman Tile to get them the materials they need on the Troy Schools project. Im working with Tuttle Construction on ordering some casework for a Lima job! I worked with Rubicon Services on a SWAT Training Facility and ordered lots of materials for this job. I’m also finishing up a HVAC project at the BGSU facility for Warner Mechanical. Fillmore Construction and I team up on their ODOT work and I do a lot of management consulting with them. I also have a great partnership with E Lee Construction in Delphos. We are starting a roofing job at Ironton Ohio University. I just finished 2 jobs with AMC Masonry-Adena at Ohio Health and and Hocking Correctional ordering tons of grout for those jobs.

I’m also volunteering ALOT of my time promoting the new VW YWCA facility in town and working to help make this facility a reality.

ONE reason why I like working with Deitemeyer on my projects. Just look at this house and tell me the homeowner isn’t THRILLED with the difference. This was a Lead Safe Ohio project run by grant funds. I had it roofed and sided. Great job Deitemeyer Brothers!!

Happy Friday everyone! Today started in Upper Sandusky doing 2 final clearances and a final inspection. Bid opening in Celina for a CHIP Rehab. Get to Greenville and Union City for 2 walk through projects for Lead Safe Ohio. Back to Celina for another final inspection. I had some happy homeowners and contractors this morning. It’s a productive day!!!!

This is one of the 30 projects I have going on right now. All in different stages of construction. This home is in Darke county. The house below is so beautiful on the inside but it needs some love. Often times old beautiful houses can = Deteriorated lead paint.
The homeowner has been wonderful to work with and very patient with the process.

Next Lead Safe Ohio project for Van Wert county! We had a successful bid opening yesterday and you will start to see work being started in a couple weeks. This house was a challenge being a Quad. It will create a safe home for 4 families when it is completed!
