It was great connecting with the next generation of civil engineers at this week's ASCE Industry Meet & Greet at Florida International University!

Our team enjoyed meeting FIU students, hearing about their career interests and sharing what it's like to build a career at Ardurra. We're looking forward to continuing those conversations!

Thanks to FIU's College of Engineering for bringing students and industry professionals together.

đź’§In Ventura County, clean drinking water starts long before it reaches the tap. Ardurra is supporting the Port Hueneme Water Agency with improvements at its Water Treatment Plant,
helping ensure the system reliably delivers clean drinking water to surrounding communities.

Behind the scenes, it takes a lot to get there: upgraded membranes, new pretreatment filters, storage tank rehabilitation, an upgraded clean-in-place system, and improved energy efficiency throughout the plant.

Every glass of water depends on a team working to keep it safe, clean, and reliable. This , we're proud to support reliable drinking water for our local communities.

For nearly nine years, James Jenkins has been a familiar face in our Miami office. His journey with Ardurra began through our partnership with The de Moya Foundation, and he's been a valued part of our team ever since.

Recently, we had the opportunity to celebrate that partnership at the Foundation's Gathering of Hearts Gala, where Ardurra was recognized for its ongoing support.

We're grateful for the Foundation's work connecting young adults with unique abilities to employment opportunities, and especially for teammates like James who have become such an important part of our team.

Congratulations to Kirk Holmes on receiving the Roy W. Morse Award, the APWA Washington Chapter's highest honor for outstanding technical and professional accomplishment in public works!

It caps a remarkable year for Kirk, who was also named one of APWA's 2026 Top Ten Public Works Leaders of the Year.

Debbie Sullivan, who presented the award, put it best: "You made people feel welcome, capable, and courageous."

Well done, Kirk.

In Fayetteville, NC, we’re partnering with Fayetteville PWC to replace a critical aerial sanitary sewer crossing at Cross Creek. The existing 42-inch crossing has served the community for decades but is exposed to significant flooding, debris loading, and erosion.

The project will evaluate an upsized replacement to increase hydraulic capacity, improve storm resilience, and provide reliable wastewater service for decades. The design will account for the corridor’s unique structural, hydraulic, floodplain, and environmental conditions, including evaluation of stabilization measures along the steep, eroded streambanks to protect the new infrastructure and improve corridor stability.

We’re proud to continue supporting Fayetteville PWC on this important investment in the long-term reliability of its wastewater system.

When Alex Ulloa's wife, Amy, said she wanted to see the ancient temples of Cambodia, Alex, a survey coordinator in our Tampa, FL office, did what any good surveyor would do: he mapped out a plan and covered serious ground.

Over just four days, the couple visited 13 temples, some dating back to the 13th century. That's a lot of steps, a lot of stone, and a lot of history. And as you can see in the photos, Alex brought a little piece of home along for the journey, proudly sporting his Ardurra T-shirt among the ruins.

Ardurra may have offices across the U.S., but thanks to team members like Alex, our logo gets around the world.

There's a theme to this trip, too. Thirteen temples. Thirteenth-century history. And 13 years with the company: Alex joined us back in his King Engineering days and has been part of the team ever since. He says he simply loves Ardurra and wanted to share the adventure with all of us.

Thanks for taking us along, Alex, and congratulations on 13 years!

Alex's travel tip for anyone planning a visit: Don't mess with the monkeys.
