From the sweeping slab lines to the mechanical rough-ins going overhead and that statement staircase tying it all together, this build is all about precision and presence. Every column, every curve, every elevation change was intentional.

With Art Basel in full swing, we’re watching our own piece of architectural art emerge. As the formwork comes off, the structure’s curves, lines, and geometry are starting to show their true character. This waterfront build is progressing exactly as envisioned.”

Progress on Palm Lane continues to take shape. Our team is currently preparing the roof deck — shoring in place and rebar installation underway — as we get ready to top off this stunning waterfront residence. 🌊🏗️✨
