Progress continues at Capri Place II, a mixed-use affordable and workforce housing development taking shape in Miami.

Located at 8001 NW 27th Avenue, the 8-story project will bring 180 residences, including apartment homes and townhomes, along with approximately 3,040 SF of retail space and a three-level parking garage.

With the structure advancing and work continuing across the site, our team remains focused on maintaining momentum, quality, and coordination as we move this important community-focused project forward.
