+Perform material and labor take-offs from mechanical drawings.
+Prepare detailed estimates and assist with bid proposals.
+Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing.

* BIM Coordinator / Shop Drawing Specialist *
+Develop and manage 2D/3D ductwork shop drawings.
+Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field foremen.
+Resolve clashes and ensure drawings meet project and SMACNA standards.

* Receptionist *
+Respond office phone & transfer to each department ( must speak English & Spanish )
