The Strangler Ficus Aurea we transported from Davie, Florida to the Coconut Grove Playhouse parking lot is beginning to show new sprouts; a promising and encouraging sign in its relocation journey!

Masonry tie-downs are complete. Now begins the next phase: full-depth concrete restoration at the columns and beams.

These full-depth repairs are focused on strengthening the historic facade.

Take a look at the restoration efforts helping preserve this piece of Coconut Grove history for generations to come.
