Compact, functional, and visually striking — this 377 sq ft studio in São Paulo was designed for short-term rentals and to serve as a practical home base when needed. From the start, the clients emphasized minimal storage, easy maintenance, and a strong aesthetic identity. The kitchen and living area were fully integrated, while the aluminum frame allows the entire opening to connect with the narrow exterior corridor — transforming the dining and kitchen space into a large open-air veranda.

Compacta, funcional e cheia de personalidade — esta kitnet de 35 m² em São Paulo foi projetada para locações de curta temporada e para servir como base prática quando necessário. Desde o início, os clientes reforçaram a necessidade de praticidade, pouco armazenamento e forte apelo estético. Cozinha e área de convivência foram totalmente integradas, e o caixilho de alumínio permite abrir todo o vão, conectando o estreito corredor externo e transformando o espaço em uma ampla varanda gourmet.

Design isn’t just about furniture and layout — it’s about creating a place where life happens.

In this perspective, you can see Nathália — always with her cozy socks and coffee in hand — embracing André in the comfort of their new suite.

Even in a compact room, we made every detail fit: two wardrobes, a makeup corner, the TV they wanted, and optimized circulation. More than a project, it’s about turning a space into a home where happiness and memories grow.

Even in a compact bedroom, it’s possible to fit everything a family dreams of — when design is smart and intentional.
In this suite, we kept the original air conditioner, added two wardrobes, created a makeup space, placed a 60'' TV, and still ensured comfortable circulation.

Here you can see little Henrique enjoying the space — proof that every detail matters when designing a room that works for real life.

Designing small spaces is all about smart choices.
In this compact couple’s suite, the challenge was clear: keep the air conditioner where it was, fit two wardrobes (his and hers), create a dedicated makeup corner, and still have room for a 60'' TV in front of the bed.

The result? An optimized layout where comfort, storage, and functionality coexist — proof that even the smallest rooms can deliver big when designed with precision.
