This is the story of two immigrant siblings, Tomas and Milly Gonzalez, who transformed sacrifice, unity, faith, and resilience into JC Contractors Group.
Tomas arrived in this country installing carpets. He worked hard, was taken advantage of, and sometimes wasn’t even paid for his labor.
Today, he leads differently.
He makes sure every worker gets paid—even when it means his own paycheck comes last.
In the beginning, Tomas painted the buildings himself. Milly transported ladders and heavy paint buckets, lifting and carrying them to job sites.
There were no shortcuts. No guarantees. No overnight success.
There were only long days, difficult sacrifices, unwavering faith, and a purpose greater than themselves.
Together, they built more than a successful commercial contracting company. They built a legacy founded on integrity, loyalty, resilience, and respect for every person who helped them along the way.
