A new chapter is taking flight at Miami Executive Airport.

Lemartec is proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of the new Ocean Aviation FBO, marking the start of construction on a major aviation development designed to support the airport’s continued growth and operations.

The design-build project will include a new FBO terminal facility, three communal hangars, ten private hangars, aircraft apron and parking improvements, a new fuel farm, and extensive landside and airside infrastructure. The project will also include the renovation and expansion of the Wings Over Miami Air Museum, creating a new home for the museum as part of the aviation campus.

We look forward to bringing this vision to life alongside Ocean Aviation and our project partners.
