Nandez Design Studio We Design & build dreams… NandezD+D was created in 2005 by Carlos Hernandez as an Architectural practice and full service design consultancy.

The company, based in Miami, FL, has a very diverse portfolio, with projects that range from single-family homes, experimental housing and small-scale retail, to restaurants, bars and large-scale shopping centers worldwide.

We’re incredibly honored to share that PH5 has been awarded Best Bar 2026 at this year’s Seaglass Awards by Florida Design.

To be recognized alongside so many studios and designers we admire makes this even more meaningful. Conceived as the social core of PH5, the bar was designed not simply as a destination within the project, but as an atmosphere shaped through materiality, lighting and spatial continuity.

A recognition of the vision, collaboration and craftsmanship behind this project, and of the people who helped bring it to life.

Nandez at Milan Design Week!

At Salone del Mobile, the industry sets the tone for what’s next across furniture, kitchens, materials, and beyond.

This year? Deep greens and burgundy kitchens, slim shaker profiles, an overload of stone and porcelain, and a clear 70s/80s comeback.

Not everything convinced us, and that’s part of the process! Staying current it’s about refining what’s worth bringing into our projects.

We come back with fresh references and the same goal: designing spaces that feel relevant today.
