CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN – CONCRETE / MASONRY / SHELL
Florida Entry Builders, LLC – South Florida
PAY: $32.25–$36.00 PER HOUR
Employment: Full-time
Benefits: Health insurance and paid time off
Established South Florida construction company seeking an experienced WORKING FOREMAN for residential and commercial concrete and masonry shell construction.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and work alongside construction crews.
- Coordinate foundations, slabs, block work, columns, tie beams, and structural concrete.
- Read structural plans and coordinate inspections.
- Manage daily production, materials, manpower, and safety.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of shell construction experience.
- Proven crew leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of concrete, masonry, and structural drawings.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to perform hands-on fieldwork.
Work Locations: Miami & Broward County.

Requisitos:
✔️ Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en construcción estructural
✔️ Experiencia en zapatas, losas, concreto, columnas y vigas de amarre
✔️ Conocimiento de bloques y acero de refuerzo
✔️ Capacidad para leer planos estructurales
✔️ Experiencia supervisando trabajadores
✔️ Disposición para trabajar junto a su cuadrilla
