Introducing Marea Residences.
A house between the city and the sea.
The interior was conceived as a hybrid of two ways of living: the structure and restraint of a city home, adapted to a coastal context without becoming a traditional beach house.
An open-plan layout brings the kitchen, living, and dining areas into one continuous space, while a large picture window connects the interior with the landscape and floods the space with natural light.
Emerald green quartzite, warm-toned French oak, and herringbone travertine create a tactile material palette that balances warmth, texture, and permanence.
A coastal home, with an urban sense of place.
