Coming Soon to Miami Beach 🏝️

Something exciting is taking shape at 1691 Michigan Ave. We’re in the final stretch of Phase One, installing the decorative finishes and fixtures that bring a space to life.

This first turnover includes a speakeasy bar, an employee lounge, custom wine lockers, a full kitchen, and refined common areas down to the elevator lobby. The kind of details that separate a build from a destination.

More to come as we get closer to opening. Stay tuned.

The Spa Side of The Building 🥂

Same address, a whole new experience. Back at Auberge Beach, we shifted our focus from the table to something more restorative, bringing The Spa to life within the same oceanfront property. Where one side of the building is built for indulgence, this one is built to help you relax.

Warm wood-slat partitions, a sculptural terrazzo staircase, and backlit stone vanities set a tone of quiet luxury from the moment you arrive. A cascading water wall, plush treatment lounges, and salon and nail stations wrapped in natural textures make the whole space feel like an exhale. Every finish chosen to soften and restore. Coastal serenity, crafted down to the detail.

A Michelin-Caliber Escape 🌟

Where the coast meets fine dining. Dune brings a refined, Michelin-caliber experience to Fort Lauderdale’s waterfront. A Meyer Davis–designed space we built to open right onto a terrace on the Atlantic. Inside, warm oak floors, cream-and-rattan seating, and greenery-lined shelving strike an easy balance between elegant and inviting.

Backlit wine displays and a showstopping private wine room anchor the room in quiet luxury, while soft lighting and natural textures carry the coastal feel throughout.

A Little Slice of Italy 🇮🇹

Part restaurant, part market, all atmosphere. Casa Tua Cucina at Brickell City Centre was where our story with the brand began. The first of two spaces we’d go on to build for them. Designed to feel like a grand European market hall, it captures the energy you’d find in a Venice or Florence train station, reimagined as a dining destination. We brought that vision to life across an expansive space: 10 dining stations, a 300-seat restaurant, a central bar crowned with suspended shelving, a wood-fired grill, a flower market, and a home goods shop.

Checkerboard marble floors, live-edge communal tables, and an intricate metalwork screen wall give the room its signature character. Culinary, retail, and design under one unforgettable roof.

The Art of The Table 🎨

A setting worthy of the menu. Boulud Sud brings Mediterranean elegance to Miami, and we built the space to match. A warm, layered dining room where hospitality and craftsmanship meet. Rich wood millwork, a statement bar framed by backlit shelving, patterned tile floors, cascading greenery, and soft, ambient lighting set the mood from the moment you walk in.

Curated art and intimate seating give the room its character, while every finish was chosen to feel refined without losing its warmth. A space designed to make each visit an occasion.

Where The Laughs Land 🎙️

The lights are up, and the stage is set. Tucked into Doral’s City Center, the Miami Improv is a venue built to bring down the house. State-of-the-art audio, visual, and acoustic systems engineered so every punchline lands and every laugh carries.

Warm brick, lush mural walls, blue banquette seating, and that iconic neon glow give the room its character, while the layout keeps the energy close to the stage. A comedy club designed for packed houses and unforgettable nights.

A name like Cushman & Wakefield sets the bar high, and this build rose to meet it. Our work for the global commercial real estate leader delivered exactly the caliber their name commands: a premium, high-rise workspace built for how top teams operate.

Marble reception finishes, an executive boardroom framed by bay views, a chef’s kitchen, and breakout spaces with a branded edge. Every detail is set to the standard of an industry giant. Sustainable, future-focused design from the ground up. A space that still speaks for itself.

A Healthy Space Inside and Out 🩺

Some builds just stay with you, and this one still stands out. Aetna’s 70,000 sq ft regional HQ at Plantation Walk is open, bright, and built to inspire. Lofty common areas with exposed architectural details, gathering nooks for collaboration, and a sleek fitness center that puts wellbeing front and center.

Smart acoustic design protects focus without isolation, while greenery and glass keep every space feeling alive. A workplace that worked then and still works now.

The Audemars Pigeut Vision 💎

Audemars Pigeut in Miami Beach required more than standard construction; it demanded custom ex*****on at every turn. In collaboration with we delivered hand-crafted doors, custom woodwork throughout, and finishes that define the space.

From the sculptural entry to the coastal-inspired living areas, every room tells the story of careful ex*****on and thoughtful design.

Luxury Redefined at Mandarin Oriental ☀️

The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Signature Gallery showcases what’s to come. We built the showroom that gives future residents a preview of the luxury apartments planned for this Miami landmark.

Custom finishes, statement lighting, marble surfaces, and curated details throughout, each space is a glimpse into what residents will experience once construction wraps. This sales center required flawless ex*****on to reflect the caliber of guests and buyers expect from Mandarin Oriental.
