For our Domus Brickell Park project, the surrounding skyline was used as the main feature and has a dominant character in the rooftop’s design. By strategically placing openings that frame the skyline, the building becomes a part of the larger landscape rather than an isolated structure. This powerful design technique has both aesthetic and functional benefits, as it creates a more open and inviting atmosphere.

In the pool area, our team thoroughly chose the materials and finishes to create a cohesive aesthetic. But what really transformed this beautiful and functional rooftop into an oasis is its landscaping—used to help soften the hard edges of the rooftop pool area, it provides a more natural aesthetic and adds to the user experience.

Our project at Highlands Elementary School broke ground on Wednesday! Our team is excited for the students and teachers who will have the opportunity to enjoy our brand-new facility that boasts several impressive features, such as specialized classrooms for Exceptional Student Education (ESE), along with an art lab, a music room, and a skills lab. We can't wait to see the positive impact this state-of-the-art learning environment will have on the students’ educational experience and the overall community.

The new school marks the third elementary school — out of 28 new public schools being constructed in Duval County — to be built under the taxpayer-funded master facility plan.

Our favorite type of office visitors! For take your children to work day we spent the day with the Zyscovich kids as they made marshmallow buildings and created a new Z identity, and of course ate lots of cookies! We see all the potential in the next generation of innovators and leaders, and can’t wait to see the impact they’ll have as they grow!
