Progress continues at Dadeland South Intermodal Station, where NV2A is helping deliver improvements that enhance accessibility, connectivity, safety, and the overall passenger experience.

The Project team recently completed the new station drop-off/pick-up area, the Kiss & Ride and parking lot entrance, which provides a direct north access connection to The Underline, and completed the extended platform canopy providing passengers with full coverage from the rain.

Additional upgrades include a new north-end platform elevator, one of three new elevators that will triple vertical transportation capacity, along with a new north escalator and access stairs built twice the original width to improve circulation and emergency evacuation.

Each milestone supports a safer, more connected, and more efficient passenger experience at Dadeland South Intermodal Station.

A new stretch of The Underline is officially open for the community to enjoy.

NV2A-Central JV is proud to share the completion of Segment 8 of The Underline, now formally transferred to Miami-Dade County and open for public use.

Spanning approximately 1.2 miles from SW 80th Street to SW 57th Avenue, this segment brings new and enhanced bicycle and pedestrian pathways, nearly 60,000 new trees and plants, and The Play Forest—another signature destination along The Underline.

With Segment 8 complete, five of the project’s seven segments have now been delivered, bringing this transformative vision for Miami-Dade County closer to full completion.

We’re proud of the NV2A-Central JV team, subcontractors, designers, and project partners whose work continues to create lasting spaces that connect people and neighborhoods.

A great afternoon at the Greater Miami Aviation Association’s (GMAA) Monthly Network Luncheon and State of MIA this past Thursday.

Our Lemartec-NV2A JV team was proud to introduce our joint venture and highlight our role in delivering the Concourse K Expansion at Miami International Airport—one of the region’s most significant aviation infrastructure projects.

With apron demolition and construction of the new GSE facility now underway, the project is moving forward, and we’re proud to be at the forefront of shaping the future of MIA.

Thank you to GMAA and Miami International Airport for bringing together the leaders driving South Florida’s aviation industry forward.

The generosity of our community continues to grow.

Thanks to the support of our employees, trade partners, industry organizations, and community partners, our Venezuela Relief Drive is already making an impact. This week, our team delivered the first batch of donated supplies to GEM, and collections continue.

A special thank you to The CLEO Institute, Solaris, E&M, White Cap and others for joining this effort alongside so many others who have helped us keep the momentum going. Our collection drive remains open through July 31, and every donation helps provide much-needed relief to families affected by the recent flooding in Venezuela.

To everyone who has donated, shared our initiative, or encouraged others to participate, thank you. Together, we're demonstrating what can be accomplished when our community comes together for a common purpose. There's still time to make a difference.

NV2A Dragados JV was proud to welcome a group of 8th grade students from Breakthrough Miami to the South Dade Transit Operations Center (SDTOC) site in Homestead for an up-close look at one of the nation's most innovative transit infrastructure projects.

As the first facility of its kind in the U.S. designed to maintain a fleet of 100 all-electric articulated buses, SDTOC will support a more sustainable transportation network while strengthening mobility throughout Miami-Dade County. The facility will serve transit corridors that connect with projects such as the Dadeland South intermodal Station and The Underline, helping shape the
future of transportation in our community.

Developed for the Miami-Dade County Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW), the project represents a significant investment in the region's transit infrastructure and the communities it serves.

Introducing young people to careers in engineering, construction, planning, technology, safety, and project management is one of the many ways we invest in the future of our industry. Creating opportunities like these to connect students with real projects and real professionals reflects our ongoing commitment to strengthening the communities where we live and build.
