What started as a concrete spalling repair quickly revealed a much bigger structural issue. 🏗️⚠️

During our inspection of this Miami Beach crawl space, we discovered that the slab underneath was deteriorating and beginning to break apart in larger sections, compromising its structural integrity and creating an unsafe working environment.

Instead of applying a temporary fix, the scope of work was expanded to provide a complete and reliable solution:
🔹 Full removal of the damaged floor
🔹 Installation of a new lime rock base
🔹 New rebar reinforcement cage
🔹 Installation of a new 4” concrete slab

Returning clients are always special — and this Key Largo project was no exception. 🤝

Kenny came back to us after purchasing a small home in Key Largo with a clear goal: raise an existing sunken room to create a more level, functional space.
