This video at my Queen Class is hilarious to me. Finding, handling and marking queens is stressful for new beekeepers so I’m showing them how I do it and having them try for themselves. Going into a closed space like a car with the queen as you do transfers removes a lot of stress. Even if the queen tries to fly, she won’t get lost and a new beekeeper can stay calm and learn. Tasks in beekeeping take repetition and lots of self-love lol. We did great! I especially love how I don’t know how to say JZBZ cage 😂

Just the feeling I have around my new Primal Bee Hives Primal Bee. They make me happy because my bees are now happy and comfortable and no longer heat stressed in August in Miami. They are thriving and doing what bees do best - maturing in collaboration, health and wealth 💕💕💕

Fabio Alvino Roca is a master woodworker in Miami. Bees moved in to a pile of construction planks on his orchard property and I’ll show the whole removal in the next video, but his response to becoming a surprise beekeeper today was too precious. My Honey House is a studio apartment attached to our home and it’s a full on bee-shed-she-shed for my work with bees. I’m expanding my bee business to include more Apitherapy and Apitourism. Those fancy words simply mean people can pay me to come be immersed in what it’s like to work with bees, be around bees, be affected by bees and learn bee facts up the w***o. We will be installing an observation hive on the wall and four hives under a relaxation bed. Much more to come so stay tuned!!! Isn’t it exciting?

I find tree removals very feminine. This one recently was on Key Biscayne when the city had cut a large hollow branch from a tree and in the process cut a giant hive into three pieces. My friend Kerstin was called by the city to do a live removal. I have to hand it to both Kerstin and Key Biscayne as this is the only local Miami municipality to call a live bee remover and beekeeper first for hive removal jobs on city land.
