Some rooms are designed to slow you down.

The primary bath at Villa Ferroni makes its case in stone. Honed limestone wraps the soaking tub surround and climbs floor to ceiling, keeping the palette continuous and the atmosphere completely still. A frameless glass partition separates the shower without introducing a visual break.

Brushed brass fixtures are the only accent — warm against the stone, restrained enough to let the material carry the room.

At Villa Pacifico, the open plan isn't a layout decision — it's a design philosophy. Warm oak millwork runs the full depth of the space, a white stone island sits on a matte black base, and the curved bouclé sectional in the foreground does the work of a wall without being one.

Black-framed windows line the perimeter so the garden stays in the room at all times. Light wood tones, controlled stone surfaces, clean-lined millwork — every material chosen to feel grounded rather than stark.
