Carson Stilson's (aka Wairworthy) Zenith STOL CH 701 that he built earlier this year (in about five months) and then flew to Oshkosh. Carson will be giving away the airplane (plus flight training) to a lucky winner!
"I hope this project encourages someone who has been sitting on the fence to take the leap. Homebuilding is not reserved for master mechanics or lifelong craftsmen. It is for ordinary people who are willing to learn, make mistakes, correct them, and keep moving forward.

Just a few weeks after picking up the wing kit, Martina Reik of Midwest Flying Machines came back to the Zenith factory to pick up the fuselage kit for the new Zenith CH 750 Super Cruzer that they are building with one of their build assistance center customers.

"Congratulations to Russ Davis on the first flights and completion of transition training in his big-tire Zenith CH 750 Cruzer from his own self-built grass strip on his farm. Russ is a natural and handled the plane very well. Way to go Russ!"
Lavion Aero's Phil Cook (himself a builder and pilot of a CH 750 Cruzer) provided professional first-flight assistance and transition training to Russ (in Russ's own aircraft): "There’s no better place to learn how to fly a Zenith than in the airplane you have built!"
