Payment is due at your time of service.
We understand things come up and reaching out is the best way to talk to us about that.
Any payment received late there is a $5 per day late fee added to your owed balance.
This has always been our policy stated on your invoices but it will start being implemented.
These are tough conversations to have and honestly fees are more work for us on the back end so I promise we don’t like charging them, but your Bug Guy likes getting paid on Friday just like you do so the policy helps keep everyone on time.
We have 180+ customers that we are very thankful for every single month but our small business does rely on our customers paying on time.
Thanks for understanding.
